To be mildly amused that DH is getting Pay Back from snapping at me earlier?

He is watching some cricket game on Telly. A Ground Breaking Television Event where the players are hooked up to microphones and can talk to the commentator [zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz]

Anyway, he snapped at me a couple of times(rather loudly and rudely) when I made a teeeeeny tiny comment that made him not hear what the player was saying ... I think I said something like "Who's winning"
So I flounced (as you do) with my large glass of wine onto MN.
So 10 minutes later our neighbour has turned up "Thought DH wouldn't mind if I watched the game with him"
So I gave him a beer and he is now talking his way through the whole game so DH can't hear anything ... I can actually feeeeel DH's pissed offness
And I am sitting in peace lurking on MN with my large glass of wine and sniggering ...

Serves him right, the twonk.

Mwahaha, fantastic stuff I love Karma!

Where are you to be having a large glass of wine when it's 11o'clock here and I can only have a cup of tea?

Ghosty, my son would be in heaven in your garden,,,,,,,,,,, he LOVES bats!!!

ghosty · 01/02/2008 11:17

I will try to take photos ... they don't live in our garden but there are fruit trees and the fruit is ripening so as soon as the sun goes down they are swooping around like nothing else ...
Honestly they are MASSIVE ... the size of our CAT but with wings ...
Totally freaky the first time I saw them ...
