4 weeks ago - box delayed, not notified until I chased, even up to around 10pm eventually turned up next day

3 weeks ago, box size changed which also wiped out all the changes yo me u and got sent stuff we don't really eat

This week! No box at all, so they have credited my account for another box!

I loved them for ages but cancelled three months ago after boxes and boxes and boxes of missing or incorrect ingredients. I also started having veg go rotten within days of arrival (or arrive rotten). They are good at crediting your account for such errors but I just couldn't rely on having a complete meal without having to pop out for whatever was missing. It's a shame. I wondered if they over-extended and just couldn't keep on top of it.

We had absolutely awful chewy mince from them the other week, we actually threw the meal out it was grim. We complained but heard nothing back!

I am a reasonable cook but fancied some inspiration. I took out the initial offer but cancelled after the first box. Poor quality ingredients and tbh the recipes were such a faff.

You will now get inundated with calls trying to get you back.
