EVRI/ ASOS delivery headache

I have the premier delivery thing from ASOS, so it should come next day. I ordered something last week, due to arrive on Friday. I set my address to my work, as there would be no-one at home during the day.

However, they 'attempted delivery' on Friday at 8.30pm! I only have the option to name a safe place or deliver to a neighbour, but neither option works with a non-residential address.

Any ideas what I can do?? They've sent another email to say they'll deliver again tomorrow between 8.30pm and 9.30pm and I can't change it, or change the address, or even find a way to talk to a person.

How far is work? You may just need to hang out in your car there between those times!

Hanging around outside work may not be enough - do you want them delivering it to anybody who happens to stand there and say it's for them?

(A neighbour arranged for her sister to come and park on her drive for an expected delivery - the delivery company required a photo of it delivered to an open front door, which was a problem since she didn't have a key!)
