How should I space out these antibiotics?

Posting for traffic:

I’ve just been prescribed phenoxymethylpenicillin by the out of hours.
I’ve got a very bad throat infection, either tonsillitis or strep throat. There are pus filled white spots on my tonsils and my throat is red and inflamed. Not to mention the pain when I swallow in my ears and throat. My glands are massive and painful under my chin too. I’ve had a fever and body aches.

Anyway I’m to take two tablets four times a day for ten days! I’ve never taken so much before or so often.

The doctor told me to take my first two as soon as I get home (so that was 10:30) now when do I take the next three lots? I was thinking 15:00, 20:00 and 1am (but I may not be awake then) and they weren’t clear how I should space these out.

Can anyone help? I’m in awful pain.
