So I've matched 3 numbers, they are highlighted, but below that it says you have matched 2 and won a lucky dip. I assumed this was all automated and failsafe. Has anyone seen such a thing? I will try to contact them tomorrow but it worries me that their system can be wrong! AIBU that National Lottery should be failsafe?
