Hi

ive recently split up with my partner , im sleeping on the sofa . Until I move out . We have two kids together , he’s goes out every Tuesday and Thursday until around 2:00 am . He apologised the other day he said ah sorry I came home late , I fell asleep on my friends sofa ?? What do u think if it I don’t believe him

It's hard when you are waiting to move out (been there) but you just have to try not to give headspace to what your ex is doing - it's over, end of story.

Why cant you move out now? The council say you dont have to live with a partner youve split up with. Just leave

He’s being very controlling about whe to tell the kids I said today ! He said next week ! I’ve put my foot down

This guy has messed you up and is controlling as you've said.
You should be celebrating not having to put up with him anymore!

You need to not be living together so you can move on properly
