Lighthearted-ish.

Now I know there are more important issues to contend with, but honestly…

Bloody Sainsbury’s acting like twats calling a Gingerbread Man a Gingerbread Person. How utterly ridiculous is this, and who on earth came up with this? I’m hoping this batshit employee was fired shortly after. Why? What was the point?

I am fuming- absolutely incandescent with rage- and the children are crying (not mine as I don’t have any).

I once witnessed somebody being scared to use the word 'man' as a verb, as in 'to man a fleet of trucks'. They struggled massively looking for an alternatively until somebody helped. Woke indoctrination is cringe and worrying

Run, run,
as fast as you can
you can’t catch me
I’m the Ginger bread Person

You’re right - it doesn’t work.

Gingerbread used to be made with grated (ground) bread that was mixed with spices and pressed into moulds to make the shape. They'd be knocked out and then baked and decorated.

Mine identifies as zero calories. I'm good.

I have just asked my 8 year old if she would call a gingerbread man a gingerbread person. She said 'as long as it tastes the same I don't care what it is called, if a gingerbread man or person lasts long enough for you to be worried about it's name you are not eating it right'
