Is anyone a Bikeability instructor?

Work have asked if I want to do the course.
I'm interested but I'd like to hear about people's expierences and any tips they may have.

My experience was my daughter, who is missing her hand, turned up for the course with her adapted bike and they refused to take her.
When we raised it as disability discrimination they denied having the conversation. It took a year and a lot of poking before they actually refunded the money despite them saying immediately that they'd refund it.

I know of others who have had similar experiences with different disabilities.

Wow! That's shocking! Ive just had a look at the syllabus and there is a section on inclusion and disabilities.
