I have recently split with my partner, changed my claim as you, did not think about payment dates and totally messed up my payment, I am left with nothing.
I have rent to pay £400 and two children, my partner would work I stayed at home, now we’ve split i am due a payment on the 6th but my payment says £0, my elements are not there. I have £1 in the bank, I started a new job around when we split, I got £400 last month obviously just got paid direct debits went out.
what Iam trying to say, my element got accepted but the children and rent is not included, I talked to job centre which is where I’m confused he said they have to wait for child benefit and council to send information back could be after payment date which means i might not get anything, will I still get it just a later date.
have the flu, crazy headache and feel so sick all while in tears, so if it doesn’t make sense I am sorry.
