Are they a particularly upmarket shop? I went in earlier looking for the fir tree candle and felt so uncomfortable. There were various staff dotted around who just stared at me as if I had 2 heads! It was obvious I was searching for something as I had my phone in my hand for reference on what I was looking for. No One asked if I needed assistance so I left. I'll go online instead !

Oh that’s a shame, I don’t blame you for leaving. The staff in our local white company are usually lovely and helpful so I don’t think it’s a company-wide issue. Hopefully you can find what you need online. I love their ‘winter’ scent. Smells like Christmas.

That's annoying! I go in store often and the staff are usually so lovely and helpful. Definitely order online, fir tree is my favourite candle/diffuser from there ☺️
