We had our sofa delivered today minus the back cushion !! Am massively pissed off as people can imagine. Husband and I have both been back to the original retailer today both being polite but insistent that the retailer needs to sort this problem out ASAP!
We have even sourced another cushion from the retailer in a different branch and have said we want the cushion from their showroom.
I feel we have been fobbed off by the original retailer saying they cannot call the other branch because there is a process they have to go through 😳
We have paid over £1200 for this sofa !
