Tiny tiny little puppy left outside the store in Scotland where the weather is dreadfull! I'm talking up to -10 winds, blizzard like conditions. Poor little thing was shaking like mad and crying it's wee heart out. I found him there as I was going into the shop and went to stay with him until the owner came back, I was waiting for half an hour! The owner came out and shouted at him for yelping The poor little thing was really scared. It made me want to cry. He then got dragged off, hopefully home and into the warm.
The owner could have only just got him in the last week or two, he was very, very small. I'm not even sure if you can take them out when they're that tiny, perhaps I'm wrong. It made me so sad to see, and the shop is tollerant so the dog could've gone in with the owner.
