AIBU to thinks Nick Knowles should just have parked within the rules then he wouldn't have got a parking ticket? I don't get why he's complaining on twitter about it. There were rules, he broke them. He's loaded anyway so can afford the fine.

Aren't parking tickets for parking in the wrong place, just park correctly
