To be concerned about all the strikes?

Anyone else think it looks bad on the government, the fact that there are so many strikes at the moment? Royal Mail, railway and now nurses. All fighting and rightly so for better pay that rises with the cost of living.

Im just so in disgust with the conservative government, where is it going to end? How many more sectors are going to be forced to strike just for a fair wage?

I think the government like the strikes, it pushed the public into thinking things are broken and when there is a crisis people will be far more willing to accept whatever overhaul the government desire to line their mates' pockets

It's the Government (dept for transport) that are stopping the rail companies and workers reaching a deal. I imagine it's the same with the other strikers.

Funny how these pay rises can't be afforded because they will drive inflation but MPs, bankers and shareholders rises/bonuses are ok.

This is a really good point!
