Aibu to think that getting tired as an adult with a young child around 6pm -7pm is normal? What time do you get tired? I sleep fairly well (7 hrs ish often broken once or twice) and have an office job where I wfh. I do the school run etc and most of the housework. Sometimes I think I could go to bed by 7 or 8!! My mum things this is abnormal but I think for a working parent that’s sort of par for the course? Or maybe not!

I have 2 young DC (aged 3 & 1). They go to bed between 7-7:30 and I'm usually in bed around 9ish but have seen myself going to bed at 8-8:30. I'm exhausted by 6pm and look forward to bedtime. I'm pretty sure it's normal as a parent!

Honestly, I wake up tired, even after a "full" night's sleep I wake up with barely any energy and feel fatigued the whole day, I say "full" because I get up at 0300 for work

I'm usually exhausted and barely functioning at 1900 and will be asleep by 2030. If I'm off the next day I'll try to stay awake until 2300ish

I wake up tired as my dog wakes me up at 5am! Now that it’s getting dark around 4pm, I start to feel really sleepy then which is not good!
