I imagine they don’t earn £60k. Some might, in London maybe. Those around here (South) certainly don’t.

It comes with a bad reputation (for the most part) but if you’re good at lying, go for it.

I work in property and I think a valuer here (East Midlands) would do 30 - 40 if they do well.

60k is unusual.

25k ish for around here in the Midlands (going by job descriptions).

I would guess 25-30k basic with commission on top.
