Just wanted to vent my spleen:

I’ve waited in ALL DAY for our new mattress to be delivered and they finally turn up at half 5 and it’s the wrong fucking size!!! Had a feeling it was too small, confirmed after hauling the damn thing upstairs. They’ve sent a double instead of a king 😩😩😩

And now Very’s customer service is closed till Monday.

I was so looking forward to a comfy nights sleep 😢

Very are SHIT for this stuff. Had similar issues with bunk beds a year or so ago.

Just to warn you it took Very 1 hour to answer my customer service call last week and i still didnt get the right outcome. If you kick off enough (politely) you should be offered a goodwill gesture though

I recently had a nightmare with Currys. My delivery slot for a.new washing machine in new house was 4-7pm.
Got a phonecall at 1:30 on a friday asking where i was as he was on my drive. I said i was 20 minutes away as he wasnt meant to be there until later and i hadn't been informed of a change.
He said ah sorry i cant wait so youll have to reschedule! I was fuming as id already had to wait 3 weeks for it to come back into stock, me and my DD (2) had moved in and had 3 weeks washing built up!

I bought a bed from very once, it was missing the bed knobs. They wouldn’t take it back because I’d opened the bed - how I would have known the bed knobs were missing without opening it I don’t know!

😩 that doesn’t fill me with confidence

Luckily I’m wfh on Monday so I can sit on hold all day if needs

I know @PurpleButterflyWings I'm really disappointed. I mean, how hard is it to send the right item in the bloody first place!?!?

I know it’s not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, but still super annoying

And can you imagine if we’d paid extra for their mattress disposal service….. 🤣🤣
