What colours are your Christmas nails going to be?

If you’re getting them! I have just done a nail tech course and hoping to earn a little bit extra this Christmas and beyond and I’m wondering what colours to buy. I’ve got a shimmery red and a glittery green. I’m looking at a silver and a gold glitter too. Any others you are tempted by that I could buy to get people tempted to get their nails done this Christmas.

Marigolds for kitchen and bathroom. Lots of Shea butter hand cream a few times a week beforehand.

Then hopefully the nail polish will last. Red glitter as usual

These are what I had last year for Christmas…

I'm having mine done end of November then right before Christmas. The first set I'm having a nice nude pink on two nails, a shimmery rose gold on two and then white and rose gold stripes on the other.

The Christmas set will be red, green and white but not sure about the design.

Are you insured? Make sure your nail tech course is accredited and you can work on the general public.

Yes I’m insured. Wouldn’t risk it otherwise. Not with my luck 🤣

Love this thread! When I was a teen, way way back I remember longing for gold nails, I made them with fake gold leaf and clear varnish. I thought they were super cool and really unusual. They were, you couldn’t get gold nail polish. Imagine!

I only do my toes but alternating green and red glitter.

it’s so hard to find a really vibrant glittery green if you don’t do gel.

I've never ever worn nail varnish or done any sort of adornment, but this question has made me feel inexplicably happy. I wish you every luck with your nail teching. I'd choose forest green and silver or scarlet for Christmas nails.

I've never had my nails professionally done before, but I'm thinking I might this year. I'm torn between these 3
