Aibu or are bridesmaid dress online retailers just really bad quality. I can’t find anything decent. Can anyone help? It all seems so thin and next to my dress looks awful

Wed2be (online and stores across the uk) do fairly priced (£99) decent quality dresses. They only stock 6 styles in 16 colours. Dresses were well made and very comfortable.

teaandtoastwithmarmite · 17/11/2022 14:23

Mine were from wed2be

Rewritten or folkster

inappropriateraspberry · 17/11/2022 14:26

Don't use a specific bridesmaid retailer. Use a normal clothes shop. Coast, monsoon, next etc. Lots of occasion dresses around for Xmas right now.

Season0fTheWitch · 17/11/2022 14:30

My bridesmaids wore Monsoon

ElizabethBest · 17/11/2022 14:32

ASOS has great ones

MrsSamR · 17/11/2022 14:35

Mine were Ghost

Rewritten are amazing. Great quality, styles that suit everyone.

LeafHunter · 17/11/2022 15:00

I used Etsy. They weren’t specific bridesmaid dresses either.

This is a good suggestion. But do also bear in mind that a guest could unwittingly end up attending your wedding in one of your bridesmaid dresses.

@JoydeJ

You should try www.thandth.com
We had them for my best friends wedding and the alterations lady said they were the most beautifully made dresses she had ever worked on. Also you won't risk a guest wearing one unlike the high street shops.

RubertRoo · 17/11/2022 16:36

My bridesmaids had dresses from Coast. The little ones we found dresses from T K Maxx

MistressWeatherwax1 · 17/11/2022 18:05

I was bridesmaid a few years ago and the dresses were from Ghost London. They were beautiful and I was amazed at how well they fitted given I'm an 18.

Frogsalad · 17/11/2022 18:11

I suppose it really depends on your budget. I bought and have worn bridesmaids dresses from TFNC London online which were a good standard for a relatively low cost.

pasha86 · 17/11/2022 21:59

I was maid of honour and wore this dress and I honestly have never had so many compliments. It felt really nice quality too.

Mine were Dorothy Perkins, definitely look at high street shops occasionwear ranges instead
