Cancel colonoscopy?

I have a colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. It's a regular screening thing, not due to symptoms so it isn't urgent as such but it's private and I've already paid the £2000.
I've done the first round of prep and due to do the second round at about 9am.
It's 5am and my 4yo has started throwing up! My husband is looking after her and I'm staying away from her, in my room, but we're sharing a bathroom and that's the room my husband is cleaning up her sick bowl etc in. And I was fully involved with her at bedtime, kissing her and everything.
I'm scared I'm going to come down with this bug. Getting a sickness bug straight after a colonoscopy would suck but the thing I'm really worried about is that if you get vomiting or fever after a colonoscopy you're supposed to contact the hospital again because it might be caused by complications from the procedure. Basically I'm worried that if I catch my daughter's bug I'm going to end up in A&E because they won't know for sure what's causing it.
Should I cancel?

THIS afternoon. Not tomorrow afternoon since it's now morning!

I would ring the hospital and see what they advise. They might be able to postpone it a week or something.
