I was thinking tonight how much I loathe both options. Patches leave unsightly adhesive marks on already (in my case) marked thighs, and the gel takes ages to dry, and you have to wash your hands of the alcohol, and then apply hand cream if your hands are dry.
Why can't we take pills? I'm sure there's a completely reasonable answer but I'm fed up, and I'm sure if men were having to go through this nightly ritual which to be honest is soul destroying at this point (irritating, constant, reminder of menopause muddles) there would be an alternative.
