Pain under the left boob!?

Ive been having this weird pain in/under the left boob since yesterday. I checked properly, no lumps. Just as I lied down, I tried massaging the lower half of the boob and ouch it hurt! After 5 mins, I did the same thing again and it didn’t hurt.

The top half of the left shoulder felt weak and painful in the last two days. It feels fine now.

wtf might be happening!??

I had this, caused by a badly fitting bra. It didn’t hurt where the bra fit so didn’t realise it at first but it was definitely that. I remeasured, got a better fit and pain resolved.

Possibly! I put on a stone recently 🤦‍♀️

I second this.
I posted on another thread recently that I had seen a breast consultant at the hospital for the pain which you describe op.
The consultant advised that my bra was ill fitting and was offering no correct support, which in turn was stretching and damaging the breast tissue.
I had stopped wearing underwired bras a few months before and then the problem started. Lightbulb moment.
I measured myself and bought some Playtex cross your heart none underwired bras and the problem and pain disappeared.
