Income tax threshold freeze

Hi,
If my salary remains the same and I don’t receive any pay rise do I continue to pay the same amount in tax or will the freeze increase the amount I have to pay? Thanks

A threshold freeze along with a salary freeze would leave you paying the same amount of tax as you do now.

Ok thanks! That’s what I thought but wanted to be sure. Obviously if there was a salary freeze it wouldn’t be ideal with inflation but I’m not going to get my hopes up either. Was wondering for a moment whether I might even see less coming in as well.
