I get so annoyed (second hand) when I see threads about people parking on others' driveways. And it's annoyed me so much the few times it's happened to me due to the position of my drive.
I don't want to have to get a gate or collapsible bollards as that's just extra things that need doing then leaving and arriving home. Especially to stop people driving/parking somewhere they shouldn't because "I'll just be a few minutes"
So AIBU to wish that it was legal to damage a car whilst it is on your property, even partially? People would stop being CFs and taking liberties. But, video evidence obviously required that it was on your drive as the damage took place.
I know it would never happen, but just imagine (searching Amazon dreamily for a crowbar as I type 
).
I'm also probably going through withdrawal as I've not seen a good CF parking thread in a while.
