I have been sexting this guy on and off for quite some time however it transpires he has a girlfriend. I didn’t know until now and I have cut off contact. Should I tell her?

OP, I was in the situation once where a guy I was seeing had got back with an ex girlfriend (I didn’t know) and continued to message me trying to arrange contact.
When I found out he was back with her I sent her a message with screenshots and answered questions she had about timings/dates and left it at that.
She messaged me on social media years later thanking me for being honest with her as knowing the truth about him meant she had left, moved on and was in a much happier relationship.
It’s the right thing to do to let her know, just do so tactfully.

No! Just stop 'sexting' and texting this man, block him. Even if he didn't have a girlfriend, it's rather sleazy to be doing that; grow up! If he carries on with his habit, girlfriend will eventually find out anyway..
