My sleeping pattern isn’t great. I woke up at 4am, was at work from 8-6 then fell asleep at around 6:30pm, just waking up now.
I haven’t eaten anything all day and don’t really have anything to eat at home. Only place to order from is McDonald’s at this time - which isn’t healthy. I have put on weight so not eating would help with weight loss, but I want to lose weight in a healthy manner. Would you order?
I could just sleep and get breakfast tomorrow but I’ve got a feeling I’ll be awake now that I’ve had a nap !
