Supporting passport documents

Anyone know what ‘supporting documents’ are required for a lost passport - will be doing a fast track service

When you apply they send you a leaflet with all the ino . Otherwise just look online..

You can literally just look it up.

Iv tried and can’t find anything

Just says to get an application in the post office

It depends on your circumstances. You'll find a list in the booklet that comes with the form.

You will need a countersignatory person to verify your identify. 2 passport photos. Dont know whether it would be worth taking your birth certificate too

Fast track applications are in person so you need to fill in a paper form and take passport photos with you

OP says she's using a fast track service so will need a paper application and will attend an appointment

@Whoopsywoo - can you tell me what you needed in the end ? Did you cancel lost passport first online or do it all at the interview? I’ve lost my son’s passport (well the passport office have!) so I am going through fast track replacement and desperately need it in 8 days. Thanks!
