NHS dentist for 16yr old

I've just spent the last hour calling 13 different dentists around where I live to get an appointment for my DD. None are taking NHS customers, some aren't taking any customers at all !! Are children not a priority for NHS bookings? It's ridiculous 😫

While I agree there's a huge wait for NHS dentists I disagree that children should be prioritised over other age groups.
