Just that really. What is the meaning behind/origin of your username?
I’ll go first: mine is based on the name of a holiday home I visited many years ago now.

I just wanted swear words in mine

I’ve had hundreds. They have no meaning.

Those of you who change usernames regularly - why?
Am genuinely interested! Is it to preserve anonymity? I'm not really bothered if anyone knows I'm mamabear!

I have names I post under for sensitive subjects and ones for general stuff and being silly. I like to keep my health related stuff separate but normally I nc if I've been a tit and embarrassed myself

Too many kids in Italian. 6 because that's how many I have and Italian because that's where my family are from.

I was playing Pokemon Go around the time of my last name change and I caught a shiny Pikachu.

When I was a teenager my parents used to call me Ethelred, as in Ethelred the Unready, as I was always late*. (Oh how we laughed.🙄🤣)

(*and yes we did know that 'unready' in his case meant badly advised, rather than not ready...🤷🏼‍♀️)

It's what I told the kids to call me when I got fed up of four little voices shouting mummy mummy, they had to concentrate to say it so used it more sparingly!
