Just that really. What is the meaning behind/origin of your username?
I’ll go first: mine is based on the name of a holiday home I visited many years ago now.

I was reading about Mount Everest when I was choosing a name.

Exh is a compulsive gambler and I picked the name when I left him.

My current one came from this thread where the OP's husband didn't want her having seconds/too much of any dinner she had cooked because the dog could have it instead. OPs husband was a cock about this.

However this particular dinner was shepherds pie and loads of posters banged on about how dogs can't eat onions for OP stating the dish didn't contain any. 🤣🤣😂

'ddl' is copied from my username on another forum. It stands, of all things, for 'deficit denying leftie', which at one point a local politician was constantly accusing people of being! When I registered on MN, I was told that 'ddl' was already in use, so added the '1'. I keep planning to change it, as it is too easily confused with 'dd1'; but haven't got round to it yet.
