Moving house anxiety

Hi

I've posted a few times about the lead up to moving house and have had some good advice, but now the date is approaching and I'm becoming increasingly anxious.

I don't know why I have become more anxious with age and afraid of change (I'm in my 30s)

So, do you have any tips please? Here is the situation

We are moving 200 miles with one child in reception and a toddler
New house needs a bit of work. Not loads, but a deep clean, carpets, paint, and ultimately a new kitchen.
Don't have to hand keys to current place back immediately but it's going to be 200 miles away.
I am having cold feet and anxiety that we should just go and move somewhere exotic!!

Where would you start?

It's normal to be nervous, it's just your body preparing for a challenge.

One thing at a time. That's all you do.

Hi I'm actually not a mum yet, I'm a student. I'm supposed to move from the school hostels to my own home and I just feel terrified and I'm having panic attacks. Is this normal, should I go ahead with it

Same! It's completion day for me! I had the call from the solicitors to say it was all done and dusted, but now I'm waiting for the ex-owner to move stuff out of the garden before I can go and get the keys.
I'm giving her until 2:30, but then I'm going to start getting huffy. After all, she's in my house! You've had hundreds of thousands of pounds from me. Clear off!

I'm nervous though. But like others have said, it's a big change!
