Baby rash help (photos)

Anyone know what this is? Unsure if to wait for walk in to open or go to a and e. No fever just unhappy baby - woke up like this after being very irritable last night/being off his milk (I assumed he was just teething)

it is a few very clear and dark spots and then patches of more misc rash - haven’t seen this before. Bad viral?

please help!

With a baby I'd get it checked regardless. Have you done the glass test? As on torso it could be the start of the chicken pox or could just be viral. OK in themselves?

He’s super grumpy

I will definitely get him checked I’m more just trying to gauge the level of help - is it fine to wait an hour for the walk in or do I do a and e?

i did do the glass test but the lighting wasn’t great (bloody winter) so I think it blanched but Im never that confident in whether or not the rash has clearly blanched

Has he had a cold or anything recently? My DS used to get post-viral reaction rashes all the time.

How old is he?

Could be an allergy.

He’s a bit snuffly yes - he’s 4 months

At 4months has he just had immunisations? My LO really suffered after those but was fine with the first two.
