So you get put through to people who ask you to repeat constantly as they can’t understand what you’re saying, speaking in broken English, get put on hold for ages as they don’t know what they’re doing and you don’t get anywhere!
I have rung 3 times now in the last few weeks and had issues every time, had to hang up just now as the guy could not understand what I was saying and said he’d have to put me on hold after I’d explained it at least 4 times. Made worse by all the noise in the background of the call centre. I asked the guy where he was based and he told me Madagascar!
AIBU to expect a massive billion pound company to have English speaking staff for customers in English speaking countries. Not the staff’s fault obviously but a customer service centre should be able to communicate with customers surely?
They have also sent me an item with an EU plug on the lead 3 times (replacements) for a UK order. I mean WTAF!
