What is everyone planning for dinner

I seem to have brain fog about what to do for dinner today. Last night it was lamb & cous cous, other regulars are lasagne, bolognese, marinated chicken etc.

I don’t want the hassle of full Sunday roast but need some inspiration please

For context 2 adults & 3.5 year old twins

Veggie haggis for the veggies and meat sausages for everyone else. Plus vegetables.

We’re having smashed roast potatoes again because they were such a hit last time. Yes I know it’s a silly TikTok trend but I’m enjoying having teen dd in the kitchen with me.

I am doing a cheat roast. I've just thrown chicken breasts in the slow cooker in stock, Aunt Bessie is providing the roast potatoes, parsnips and Yorkshire puddings. All I need to do is cut the carrots and broccoli and I'll put the pigs in blankets in the air frier. I've got 2 hours of kids' football now, and loads of work to do, so it's one of those days where it feels like parboiling potatoes would send me over the edge.

We're having roast ham, cauli cheese and pomme Anna. Yes, DH DID watch 'Professional Masterchef' the other day..

I have had a turkey crown in the freezer for months and we finally took it out yesterday as I needed to put dog food in. So it will be a roast today, quite unusual for us.

I'm going to have an eclectic dinner tonight. I've got mushrooms and padron peppers, tomatoes and cucumber to use up. Also have a camembert but that can keep. I've got pork steaks or lamb balti sausages or minted lamb burgers in the freezer.

So I'm not sure what I'm having yet 😂

Thanks everyone for sharing your fab dinner’s. After undercoating skirting, doors, doorways, windows etc in my DD’s bedroom this morning we decided to go out for a lovely carvery. Just what I needed

The large cold gammon joint, which we'll have with salad. There is the 2nd half of a vast apple, plum and elderberry crumble to have with custard, in case we need warming up.
