perhaps I'm really impatient (it is for a coat - and it's bloomin' freezing!) but it just seems like a very long wait.

I phoned yesterday to see where it was and the woman was unapologetic to the point of arsey!

what does it say about delivery times on website? If it states a small timescale, you have every right to complain imo

They sent an email saying 4-5 days. That was a week and a half ago!

I made an order there last week, and haven't heard anything at all! It's a shame, as their stuff looks lovely, don't want to have to cancel it...

I'd phone again. I've always found them really quick - usually 1-2 working days.
