Is this pregnancy diet ok?

I am obsessed with wholewheat toast at the moment.

an example of my day:

breakfast - slice of brown toast with butter / banana/ avocado/ honey or jam with some fruit

snack - prunes and cashews

Lunch - slice of toast with hummus and cheese

snack - chocolate bar or slice of cake - some sort of treat. Probably more nuts and prunes as well

dinner - if eating in quinoa, veggies, chickpeas - if eating out then it varies

possibly more brown toast with butter before bed and usually a few squares of chocolate

I wasn’t even that interested in toast before being pregnant but now it’s all I want. Is this varied enough? It feels odd to eat the same thing almost every day and bread at every meal.

Seems ok to me.

Are you in your first trimester? If so your tastes will likely change through your pregnancy so you won’t be stuck on toast forever.

@OwwwMuuuum in my second. First trimester I was eating like a hungover student so trying to be healthier but just want toast!

I had hyperemesis twice and lived off exactly the same two things I could stomach for months (white toast and lemonade). No variety, pretty much zero nutrition - and both me and the babies got through just fine. So I wouldn't worry.
