I opened a door awkwardly and now I can’t turn my neck without pain.

Back in the day I could wear heels, do cartwheels and dance with zero repercussions.

Now I can’t open a door without getting hurt.

YABU - stop being dramatic

I put my neck out putting my seatbelt on.

And when rolling over in bed.

My suggestion: Yes, it’s your reality now. Accept and enjoy it whenever you can.
I know the feeling. I was recovering 2 weeks after putting on boots with small about 4 cm heels. And I remember running in stilettos… the only joy that I still remember it.

I AM old. I've had a really busy day at work - didn't get a lunch break- worked a little bit late and I can't believe how knackered I am! My back is killing me and I'm definitely ready for bed.
