a few days into the new year, i get a call from the people at My Child magazine. my FIL had entered my name into one of their competitions (although did not actually check with him for some dumb reason).
anyway i was given some infor about an offer they had on to try out their magazine and software for just £7.00. i signed up and gave my debit card details. 2 weeks later had still not received anything in the post, so called up and the git had gotten my address wrong. woman i spoke to changed the details on database and said i should be expecting it in the post last tuesday. i checked my account and no money has gone out and no frauduant activity.
so i'm really pissed off. i know they can turn around and say they didnt take any money yet, but i still feel cheated. they led me to believe i would be receiving something and i have not.
should i complain?
