To think, although self inflicted, partially, but maybe from the covid crisis stress he's just lost the plot completely by going on I'm a celeb? He's in no right mind is he!

How big can the “cast” be?

He was no worse in his behaviour than Johnson and many of the other politicians who've been caught with their trousers down over the years. But he lost his job and BJ (amongst others) managed to cling on, despite being no better.
Johnson and Truss (whose level of fuck up was truly spectacular) left office with a nice fat pay check of £100,000 every year. Hancock has a divorce to pay for, a new partner accustomed to a high standard of living and no golden handshake.
He's not likely to turn down a fat cheque from ITV!

That said, he can't serve his constituency from Australia and since he's receiving an MPs salary, he ought to be here earning it!

He's doing it because he's a backbencher and isn't returning and may even lose his seat in near future. He gets paid to do this show snd if he's lucky he'll get future TV gigs like Ed Balls. It's purely a career move. Most of them are in it for the ego.

I thought the way Rishi blanked him was unpleasant. We all have to be polite in the work place and it wasn't something I respected Rishi for.
