Chicken stock

Ive have just put home made chicken stock into.a caserole and then realised the stock is 7 days old ( its been in the fridge), should I throw the casserole in the bin
The stock smelt ok

Well advice seems to be that chicken stock will keep for 3 - 4 days. So throwing away is a perfectly valid option.

If that'll leave you without a dinner is it possible to boil it? get it hot enough for long enough that should be ok I think?

I would chuck it. Perfect breeding ground for all sorts of nasties, even in the fridge!!

Thankyou , we ate it , I come from farming line who ate everything however old
But then I had anxiety attack
