Trick or treaters

Just a thought for early Saturday morning,
I've bought what I think will be enough sweets for trick or treaters (don't tend to get too many round our area) but i just thought... With Halloween being on a Monday, what if they come tonight...tomorrow and Monday! 😱

My question is, when do you expect trick or treaters to come? When are you taking your little ones out? should I just expect it's going to be 3 nights of trick or treaters and get some more sweets just in case! And just eat the rest of the sweets If not many show? 😄

Strictly the 31 October only, whatever day of the week that happens to be.

If anyone does try tonight, we won’t put pumpkins/decorations out so they won’t come to our door in any case.

I don’t think I’ve ever had visits from trick or treaters on any day but the 31st. They won’t be getting sweets until then anyway. I ran out of sweets by 7 last year so that was that.

We won't be putting a pumpkin out til Monday. Round here nobody knocks unless you've got a pumpkin or decorations out.

Someone on my local Facebook group put up a poll about this (I think she wanted to go tonight, citing the others evenings as school nights) - every single comment so far as been no, wait until Monday.

That's what I thought too, that maybe because it's on a school night they might want to take them out on the weekend instead!
