T1 Diabetes help!! -

Hi my partner has recently been diagnosed with t1 and has completely had to adjust to this new lifestyle, dh has a sweet tooth and i want to make something nice as a treat (within reason) so just wondering if anyone has any recipes or know whats ok or what someone with t1 would appreciate??

Diabetes U.K. have a recipe page, they cover all courses & have several pages of sweeter things. I’ve just spotted a pear and almond tray bake on p5 I’m going to attempt with the pears off our tree.
