Siblings to parties

Why do some parents bring siblings to parties without prior warning? It's a CF thing to do, especially when you're paying per head.

So so cheeky and just rude!!

Brigante9 · 27/10/2022 19:41

I fear I’d turn them away, particularly if it’s a drop and go party. Why couldn’t the parent stay home with the other sibling?

YANBU I’m worried about this happening at the mo, I forgot to put something re siblings on the invites! Don’t know what happens with entertainer - if she’ll make me pay the ‘additional person’ cost ugh! I just assume these are the types to never host their own parties otherwise they would know the problem??

I know it's hard with logistics sometimes and I've been stuck before, but f it's say a trampoline park or something will pay for the other sibling or ask if I can drop and run. I wouldn't just drop off siblings and fuck off! Expensive add ons that I hadn't budgeted for.
