NHS job application times

Can anyone give some advice as to how long a NHS job application might take?

So I've been conditionally offered a job it's going through the Trac system. Everything is showing as completed on there apart from waiting for occupational health and my DBS check.

So the DBS check has been updated on Trac this morning that is has been countersigned and sent to DBS, any idea how long this might take from here?

I presume occupational health will be completed fairly soon, although any ideas of how long this might take also would be really helpful.

im at a similar stage as you described… all Trac is waiting for now is OH… not sure how long I should expect this to take but everything else is complete!

Idn if it's different for NHS but my last enhanced dbs took nearly 7 weeks

A long time. I now have a start date but it took 4 weeks to get that point and that's without a dbs check

My DS was offered a job with the nhs in early august and he started work on 1st October 😬🙄 ridiculous amount of time.
