Collect + shops not giving receipts as proof of posting

Has anyone else had this problem? I sent two parcels earlier this week and the collect plus shop says they don't give receipts out yet the page I've printed with the label says that I will be given a receipt. I've got no proof that I have sent the items. This is collect plus for yodel. I'm selling on vinted.

Anyone? I've emailed them but I've not had a reply.

I’ve always been given a receipt at put local one. That’s how you get your tracking number

My Vinted account was updated within 24 hours of me dropping the parcel off at the local Spar shop. I didn’t have a receipt but as long as it is correctly scanned by tge shop, I think the tracking is automatic.

Yes they scanned in front of me.

The 2 I use always give me a receipt, it automatically prints after they’ve printed the label

I've printed the label at home and taken the labelled parcel to the shop.

We do collect+ and no longer give paper receipts.
We ask the customer to enter their email address into our handheld terminal and they then receive their reciept and tracking information straight to their email address.
We also print address labels after scanning the barcode provided to customers via text or email.

I'm really worried they aren't going to be delivered. One of the buyers has said her tracking says it's still to be dropped off.

I don't get a physical receipt, they take my email address and one gets sent to me that way.

Mine ask for an email address as a receipt, but they print the labels and stick them on. My dad took one for my daughter the other day as he was going to the shop, he didn't know her email so didn't put one in, it still updated in her vinted to say shipped.

sorry this reply is late on, but I’m now in the same situation. I put my email in and I still haven’t received the receipt a day later, I don’t know whether that’s because I typed it wrong or what… do you think if I go back to the shop they’ll do anything? Or should I just wait it out.
