my partner of 4 years started a new job in January this year, hes an electrician but this work is different than previous roles hes ever had. so when he started he was naturally keen to talk about his day and i didnt mind listening as it was new and i could see he enjoyed the job.. anyway fast forward 10 months and hes still non stop talking about work. to the point now i get calls and messages during the day telling me about jobs and what had to be done..they have a bonus scheme and im so sick of hearing about how well hes gonna do constantly..its at the point of driving me insane.. ive commented before about how i dont need so many updates and he got offended.. its so bloody boring now to hear so much and get so many updates.. am i being unreasonable how much do couples talk about their jobs.. i know its natural to ask how someones day went but this is just irritating me now i never have to ask i get that much detail without ever having too
