Do you think I'm coming down with Covid?

10th October - DD & DS tested positive
14th October - DH tested positive

Since around 12th October I've had a mild sore throat and low grade fever (it's been around 37.2 on avg so not technically high but high for me).

I'm still testing negative. So confusing!

I've made no efforts to isolate from the rest of the family. I last had it in January so may still have some antibodies (but the rest of the family also had it in January and have still got it again)

If you're testing negative then it's unlikely and you probably have something else. If you're ill then you should isolate anyway whilst you have a fever the same as you would If you caught flu

You can still test negative and have Covid. My cousin clearly had covid (everyone else in the house also had it and were testing positive) - he took several tests and was negative but it eventually showed up.

I'm not saying you have it - you may have flu or some other disease.

Yes

Why does it matter? If you feel unwell, have a day in bed. If you feel fine, then just crack on. And stop all the unnecessary testing!
