I'm seriously considering becoming one...
Has anyone used one? Or would anyone like one but doesn't for whatever reason, what's stopping you? How much have / would you pay?
Any opinions welcome

The only part of this service that I'd want would be the recycling. I would happily pay someone to sort through and Ebay/Freecycle/charity shop a load of stuff.

I would absolutely hate someone standing next to me while I tidied my house and telling me to throw my belongings in the bin while saying trite stuff about memories (am sure you wouldn't be trite, op, but that's the stereotype)- it would make me more inclined to hang onto everything out of sheer bloody-mindedness. That said, I am pretty good at throwing things away- what I lack is time, not ability or inclination.

I'd say you would find work advertising as a sensitive clear out service for families of those who died.

I'd pay.
We have two DCs and one has SEN. We both work and the house still looks like we are doing home learning in lockdown. I feel anxious when I look at it.
We have a cleaner but we're still overwhelmed. We aren't hoarders, we just have too much stuff and no time to sort it out.
