I'm never happy with work and I don't know why...

I'm struggling to find something that I will stick at long term.

I worked at a nursery for 4 years then went to agency work, which was better but travelling far and being treated poorly by some nurseries has completely put me off childcare.

I applied for and got a wfh-telephone interviewer job which I enjoyed in the beginning but now I find completely boring. My performance is high, most shifts I'm pulling in the most numbers.

Before every shift I get really bad anxiety.

I dont know whats wrong with me, I'm never happy.

I have only been at this job for 2 months and already I'm looking for something else.

If you don't have something you utterly love to do, it can help to view work as completely transactional. You don't have to actively enjoy your job if it is allowing you to have a good quality of life.

My job is frequently tedious and frustrating but I accept that because it allows a good work life balance and pays well. Some people would rather be paid less for more interesting work. For me dull but a 4pm finish is a fair trade off.

Personally I wouldn't want to work in a job that I found actively stressful but they can be easier to find and better paid. I also think that remote jobs can be harder when you lack cameraderie of other people. Do you have ideas about what you'd rather do?

I want a job where I'm set tasks that I can just get on with and do.

With nursery work, I did 2 years of training to end up on just above minimum wage with lots of responsibility, paperwork, stress and no respect

With agency work there was no paperwork or dealing with parents but some placements treated you like dirt and you often had to travel 1 1/2 away for not £11ph.

With this job, you have set targets but you have a lot of time where you don't get a interview so you only know half way thorugh if your on track yo reaching them and I dont know why but I get major anxiety before every shift.

I feel like I'm going to mess up and get fired.
