So I have an ongoing complaint with my insurance company. I spoke to a woman yesterday morning and she called back today to say what the resolution would be.
However last night a different person called me, made everything worse. Lied about doing something etc
So I asked the woman who wasn’t aware what happened last night would you mind just adding everything to my complaint before you come up with the final resolution - and she refused and said go contact the ombudsman.
Aibu to want everything that happened to be considered? Not just 50% and anything that happens afterwards is shrugged off?
